- Recruitment & Selection
» Research the most suitable job portals, present recommendations and place postings on the ones that attract the best matching talent pool
» Assist in the initial CV screening & preparing recommendations based on best matching profiles vs. job requirements
» Coordinate interview schedules & consolidate feedback

- Employee Relations
» Monitor adherence of the team to set P&Ps and report any deviations & provide recommendation for corrective action
» Participate in the successful completion of the annual performance appraisal process
» Assist in the establishment of employee recognition plans
» Handle & ensure timely & accurate submission of all legal documents including NSSF & MOF employee status declarations
» Handling all employee related requests, including work certificates, employment letters, etc.

- Training & Development
» Assist the HR Manager by conducting extensive research to source training providers & prepare training material for the purpose of developing in- house trainings
» Conduct the the induction & onboarding of new joiners

- Compensation & Benefits
» Ensure a timely & accurate submission of monthly payroll

- Other
» Support the process of drafting policies & procedures, Job Descriptions, Employee handbooks & other HR related material by conducting extensive research and providing recommendations

- Administrative
» Maintain & update at all times an accurate E-filing system of employee files and all HR & Administraion related documents and have them easily accessible
» Handle all Administrative tasks providing administrative support to the team including availability of stationary, organizing deliveries and managing the daily schedule of the company driver
» Assist the CEO with all administrative duties as and when needed
