Job Responsibilities

• Planning & maintaining work systems and procedures
• Maintaining confidentiality in a highly ethical manner when it comes to sensitive information
• Making up routine correspondence and emails
• Maintaining efficient filing system and coordination with the legal team to ensure accuracy
• Greeting clients upon arrival and connect them with the appropriate party
• Answering phone calls in a timely manner and routing callers to correspondences
• Ordering Front Office supplies and keeping inventory of stock
• Developing and updating administrative systems and coping with other departments when needed
• Maintaining contacts list
• Providing information by answering questions and requests
• Carrying out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Management

Requirements
• 2-5 years’ experience in the field
• Excellent communication skills
• Time Management skills, attention to details and ability to multi-task with little supervision
• Strong knowledge of MS Office package-MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
