We are seeking an experienced and motivated PM Shift Manager to join our dynamic team in Jbeil. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Food & Beverage industry, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all operations during the PM shift, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver high standards of customer service.
Monitor staff performance, address issues.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Manage inventory, and maintain cost controls.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both staff and customers.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Shift Manager or in a similar role within the Food & Beverage industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
