Main Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet clients in the showroom, understand their needs, make presentations and advise them on products and solutions suiting their needs.
• Responding to the customer inquiries in the showroom and on the phone.
• Maintains assigned Area of Responsibility (help to keep visual displays neat and presentable with correct product tags
• Maintains a professional appearance and follows company’s dress code.
• Ensure the availability of the items stock in the showroom and place the order from the main store if needed.
• Identify and build productive relationships with business partners.
• Achieve planned business goals and sales targets.
• Represent the company in front the client with professional manner.
• Maintain effective communication with all colleagues.
• Handle daily invoices, customer return form, special order form, inspection form and transfer requests.
• Preparing list and performing year end physical inventory.
• Explaining the best products for the customer needs and providing outstanding customer service
• Promoting special sales and offers to the customers.
• Emphasize product features based on customer needs and on technical knowledge of products capabilities and limitations.
• Negotiate prices and service agreement like warranty of the product.
• Assist customers in making product selections, based on customer’s needs.
• Ensure customers are always receiving the highest level of service.
• Feedback customer and partner comments to colleagues in all areas
• Act on all feedback promptly and appropriately.
• Ensure that all sales colleagues share tactics for collecting, recording and sharing all communications.
• Finalize orders with the store management and follow-up with the Delivery Colleagues.
• Prepare the price list/ price tags for display.
• Processing Invoice quickly and accurately.
• Report the day-to-day activity to showroom in charge
• Performs other duties in line with scope of work and as assigned.
• Responsible for handling cash transactions in the showroom (Petty cash, Showroom Cash)

Requirements:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales preferably in Furniture, home design or home accessories.
- BA Degree in any field
- Presentable and have Excellent Communication Skills in Arabic and English
