Sales Supervisor - North

Bachelor degree or technical degree in Business or any related field or equivalent with 5 plus in FMCG in a supervisory role.

1. Develop sales figures with existing customers & gaining new customers to increase the sales figures
2. Allocate sales target in volume and value by sales representative
3. Track sales progress on daily basis with the sales team and manage the daily Dashboard meeting and manage the weekly, mid-month and end of month meetings
4. Monitor competitive activities in the region and inform the Area Sales Manager about it
5. Monitor displays and merchandizing with direct action to improve visibility
6. Solve the customer's problems and complaints
7. Accompany each Sales Representative in the market and prepare a report per visit
8. Ensure that all Sales Representatives receive a complete assessment form (Salesman Dashboard) with agreed follow up objectives within 24h of the accompanied fieldwork
9. Revisit the Routing plan on periodic basis to eliminate passive customers and bring more focus on potential points of sales
10. Support the sales Representative in achieving the monthly coverage target
11. Control the account receivables as per agreed aging receivable set by management
12. Fix credit ceilings for existing customers and approve the opening codes for any new customers in coordination with Area Sales Manager
13. Ensure that the sales force team members are properly equipped, trained and motivated to achieve their objectives
14. Conduct annual appraisals for all Sales Representatives
15. Coach and train the team on daily basis
16. Perform other duties as assigned
