Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Handles all unit’s request regarding any maintenance problem occurring (electrical, mechanical, etc....) and provides relevant assistance.
  • Maintains detailed records of maintenance contracts and ensures their timely renewal.
  • Manages the stock availability (stationery, Cleaning Materials, products catalogues…).
  • Performs periodic stock inventory counts.
  • Maintains proper documentation and filing.
  • Provides general administrative and clerical support when needed to different Units.
  • Assists with planning and execution of special events
  • Performs additional related duties as assigned by line manager.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent (TS).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
