Mission for the Role
Your role as an Onboarding Specialist will be key to minimizing churn and maximizing LTV for our clients. You’ll guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they’re set up for success and fully utilizing our email setup service. You’ll also play a crucial role in client communication and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding: Host 1-on-1 calls with new DFY email setup clients to walk them through the setup process.
- Follow-up Calls: Book follow-up calls with clients who need additional help.
- Launch Reviews: Conduct 1-on-1 launch review calls post-setup to ensure clients are happy with the results.
- Recap & Check-ins: Send meeting recap emails and personalized check-ins to keep clients engaged and informed.
- Project Management: Add all content for setup on ClickUp, assign tasks to copywriters and designers, and manage flows and pop-ups.
- Client Support: Provide email and Slack support to DFY email setup clients, answer questions, and solve issues.
- Resource Creation: Create guides and support articles for DFY email setup clients.
- Reporting: Submit status reports every Monday and Friday, detailing progress on flows and timelines.
Daily & Administrative Tasks:
- Provide updates on team progress via Slack.
- Complete and submit End-of-Day reports recapping onboarding calls and any client insights.
- Send weekly reports to clients on the status of their campaigns and timelines for launch.
Time & Schedule:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Work remotely with flexibility, but you must be online from 8am-6pm PST, Monday-Friday.
- Ensure reliable internet and video conferencing setup for client meetings.
- You’ll have the freedom to make your own schedule, but daily tasks and client availability are key.
Compensation:
- Base Pay: $1,000 per month.
Bonuses:
- $100 bonus per client if timelines are met (3 weeks).
- $50 bonus if the client submits a testimonial video.
- 10% commission on the first month’s payment if a client upsells to a recurring service.
- $100 bonus if 10% or more of active customers book referral calls in the previous pay period.
