Job Scope
The Store Supervisor will oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory control, staff management, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Duties and Responsibilities

Supervise daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Manage inventory levels through regular stock audits and effective replenishment strategies.
Coordinate with procurement teams to forecast material needs based on project timelines.
Train, mentor, and evaluate store staff to enhance their performance and productivity.
Implement safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required

Proven experience as a Store Supervisor or similar role in the construction or engineering sector.
Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Strong leadership qualities with effective communication skills.
