Personal Assistant to CEO

Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
2. Communication & Liaison: Act as the main point of contact between the CEO and internal departments, as well as external stakeholders, ensuring smooth and timely communication.
3. Project Assistance: Support key projects by conducting research, preparing reports, and tracking progress to help the CEO make informed decisions.
4. Document Management: Draft, edit, and organize documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company standards.
5. Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure meetings are productive and outcomes are implemented.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar support role, preferably in the F&B or QSR industry.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle confidential information, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
