We’re looking for a passionate Organizational Development Coordinator to support our Organizational Development (OD) department. Reporting to the HR & OD Director, you’ll play a crucial role in implementing effective quality management systems, supporting franchise operations, and driving continuous improvement across our organization. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop Quality Management Systems (QMS): Design and reengineer systems that align with food safety and quality standards, supporting both our internal teams and franchisees.
• Franchise Support: Work closely with franchisees to ensure their operations meet our quality and compliance standards, offering guidance and troubleshooting when needed.
• Internal Auditing and Compliance: Conduct regular audits to identify gaps, suggest corrective actions, and ensure alignment with regulations.
• Change Management: Act as a change agent, facilitating business improvements and ensuring consistency in processes across the organization.
• Data-Driven Improvements: Use metrics and feedback to assess the effectiveness of processes, implementing improvements that enhance overall efficiency and performance.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years in quality management, process improvement, or organizational development. Knowledge of ISO standards, TQM, or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Skills & Competencies:
o Proficiency in process mapping and improvement methodologies.
o Strong strategic planning, auditing, and project management skills.
o Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
o Adaptable, with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

• Quality & Compliance: Percentage of non-conformities resolved, and improvements implemented.
