We are seeking an experienced and creative Head Barista with a passion for coffee and extensive knowledge of coffee preparation, service excellence, and menu development for a chain of restaurants in Kinshasa located in Democratic Republic of the Congo.

The ideal candidate should possess:

o At least 3-5 years of experience as a barista.
o Proven experience in developing and curating a coffee menu, creating seasonal or signature beverages, and working with a variety of coffee beans and brewing methods.
o In-depth knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines.
o Strong leadership and communication skills
o Fluency in French is mandatory

Salary: $2000 + Food Allowance + Accommodation + Transportation + Flight Ticket + 30 days Annual Leave + Health Coverage
