Responsibilities:
Continuously monitor the performance and status of building systems through the BMS platform.
Track and record system parameters such as temperature, humidity, air quality, energy consumption, and equipment status.
Detect and report any system malfunctions or discrepancies immediately to the appropriate maintenance team.
Operate BMS equipment, ensuring that building systems function efficiently and within desired set points (e.g., temperature, lighting, ventilation).
Adjust and modify system settings as required to meet operational or environmental requirements.
Conduct routine checks on system alarms and rectify or escalate issues when necessary.
Monitor and analyze energy consumption data for building systems to ensure efficiency.
Implement energy-saving measures or advise on areas for improvement based on system data.
Ensure all BMS controllers are calibrated accurately for optimal system performance.
Adjust set points for HVAC, lighting, and other systems to maintain desired building comfort levels.
Follow emergency procedures as per the BMS system when alarms or critical events are triggered (e.g., fire, HVAC failure, etc.).
Ensure that systems like fire alarms, emergency lighting, and ventilation are functioning correctly in case of emergencies.
Collaboration and Communication:
Coordinate with facility engineers, technicians, and contractors for system repairs, upgrades, and optimization projects.
Communicate effectively with the Facility Manager and other team members to ensure smooth operation of building systems.
Provide training or guidance to junior operators or other staff as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:

Requirements::

Technical certification or degree in electrical engineering, building automation, mechanical systems, or related field preferred.
Familiarity with HVAC systems, electrical systems, and energy management systems.
Proficiency in using computer systems and data management software.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays, depending on the facility's operational schedule
