We are looking for a QC Lab Technician for our location in Hsoun- Keserwan, which will be responsible for performing quality control on production at all stages, raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products.
Job Duties:
-Support the QC team in inspecting and testing raw ingredients to ensure quality standards are met.
-Help verify that raw materials comply with supplier specifications and document any issues.
-Perform basic quality checks on bakery production stages, such as dough mixing, baking, and packaging.
-Record data and report any irregularities to the Quality Control Supervisor.
-Conduct sensory evaluations (e.g., taste, texture, appearance) on finished products under supervision.
-Assist in conducting routine physical and chemical tests on finished products to verify consistency.
-Maintain accurate records of quality checks and testing results.
-Assist with filing and organizing quality documentation for easy access and audit readiness.
-Follow established food safety, hygiene, and quality protocols to maintain a safe production environment.
-Regularly check equipment and work areas for cleanliness and assist with compliance reports.
-Communicate quality issues to senior QC staff and assist with corrective actions as directed.
-Attend regular team meetings to discuss quality observations and learn from senior team members.
-Help the QC team during internal and external audits by organizing and providing documentation as needed.
-Observe audit procedures to become familiar with compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Nutrition or Food Safety
- 1 to 2 years of experience
- Familiar with the JDE system.
- Knowledge of QMS & FSMS requirements if needed
- Knowledge of the minimum conditions of safety, health and hygiene and ability to respect these conditions
- Knowledge of laboratory tests and analyses.
- Knowledge of laboratory terminology and equipment.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance Procedures.
- Able to keep records
