We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with animation expertise to join our dynamic creative team. This role is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering visually engaging graphics and animated content that aligns with our brand identity and campaign objectives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in graphic design, excellent animation skills, and the ability to lead and inspire junior designers while managing multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Animation Creation

Create visually compelling graphics, animations, and motion graphics for various platforms, including social media, websites, email marketing, and presentations.

Develop animations for brand campaigns, product promotions, explainer videos, and interactive digital content.

• Concept Development

Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts that meet project requirements and align with our brand voice.

Transform initial concepts into high-quality designs and animations, from storyboarding to final output.

• Leadership & Mentorship

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, encouraging skill development and creativity.

Review team members' work to ensure it aligns with project goals, meets quality standards, and adheres to brand guidelines.

• Project Management

Manage multiple design and animation projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Work closely with account managers, project managers, and other departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication on all design-related projects.

• Brand Consistency

Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and contributes to a cohesive brand experience across all digital and print platforms.

Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance visual storytelling and brand identity through effective animation and design.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or related field.

Minimum of 4 years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio in animation and motion graphics.
