Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive, driven Sales and Customer Service Representative to engage with clients and help drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Nurturing and Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with potential clients by understanding their unique needs and clearly communicating the value of our services.
- Sales and Conversion: Qualify leads and convert prospects into clients by showcasing our services and demonstrating how they address client needs. Customize sales pitches and proposals based on client profiles.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule and manage appointments for the sales team, ensuring smooth transitions and a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
- Client Needs Analysis and Solution Offering: Assess client requirements to ensure our services align with their objectives, providing relevant information that enhances conversion rates.

Skills and Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2 years in a Sales or Customer Service role, ideally in a remote or international environment.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record in lead conversion and closing sales, with a results-driven mindset and the ability to meet or exceed targets.
- High-Level English Proficiency: Exceptional command of English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, video conferencing tools, and appointment scheduling platforms.
