Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist at NN Group Company in Antelias. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

Human Resources (HR) Management and Personnel Management skills
HR Policies development and implementation expertise
Experience in managing employee benefits
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
