Role Purpose:
§ Supervise the loading of the vehicles, and the distribution of the resource for deliveries
Key Accountabilities:
§ Receive and audit bulk orders from warehouses
§ Divide bulk orders into mini orders (based on routes)
§ Load Vehicles based on route put by Distribution Controller
§ Supervise load in vehicles to optimize the volumes in different vehicles
§ Manage team of packers, drivers and helpers and distribute resource based on orders
§ Manage Loading area and products stored in that area
§ Maintaining good quality of products while loading and ways to handle it
§ Manage Holidays of dispatch team
§ Manage physical cash van transfers
§ Performs any duty assigned by the management
Qualifications:
§ Intermediate school Education. Basic English
Experience:
§ At least 1 year of experience in a relevant domain
Skills and Knowledge:
§ Languages: Arabic, Basic English or French
§ Computer: Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
