Key Responsibilities:
Branch Operations Management:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail branch.
Ensure the store is well-maintained and meets all operational standards.
Sales Management:

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
Supervise the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training.
Monitor customer preferences and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Customer Service Excellence:

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff.
Conduct performance evaluations and motivate the team to exceed targets.
Inventory Control:

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to replenish inventory.
Ensure proper display of products in the showroom.
Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare sales and performance reports for senior management.
Analyze sales data and suggest areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales, particularly in furniture and mattresses.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Sales-driven and customer-focused.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Personality Traits:
Charismatic and approachable personality.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
