About the Role:
Our partner is a fast-growing SaaS platform revolutionizing how businesses operate by providing innovative tools that enhance efficiency and productivity. They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Sales Specialist to help expand their customer base and support new clients in successfully onboarding and adopting the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outreach & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential B2B clients through various channels (email, LinkedIn, phone, etc.), introducing the platform and its benefits.
- Sales Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospects, converting them into loyal customers while consistently achieving sales targets.
- Product Demonstrations: Deliver tailored product demos to showcase how the platform addresses specific business needs and challenges.
- Onboarding Support: Assist new clients through the onboarding process, providing guidance and addressing any questions to ensure a seamless experience.
- Customer Success: Offer ongoing support during the onboarding phase to drive customer satisfaction and successful platform adoption.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to optimize outreach strategies and share insights on customer feedback and trends.
- Data Management: Accurately track all sales activities, client interactions, and outcomes using a CRM system.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in outbound sales, particularly in SaaS and B2B industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Strong presentation skills and experience conducting product demonstrations for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software.
