Key Responsibilities:
-Collect real estate-related data in allocated area ((This is strictly a fieldwork role).
-Manage property listings in Beirut and Baabda areas.
-Engage with clients, developers, and property owners.
-Coordinate property viewings and showings.
-Negotiate property deals and close sales.
-Provide clients with property information, market insights, and professional advice.
-Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
-Proven sales experience in any industry; real estate experience is a plus.
-Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-Must own a car.
-Ability to manage time effectively and meet sales targets.
