Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Agent at HMS Travel in Beirut (Achrafieh) - The Job is AVAILABLE for candidates living in LEBANON ONLY. The Travel Agent will be responsible for making reservations, providing customer service, arranging travel accommodations, handling car rentals, and driving sales.
Qualifications
- Reservations, Travel Arrangements, and ticketing skills
- Customer Service and Sales skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Knowledge of local and international travel destinations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Arabic languages (oral and written) is essential for this role; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
