Role Overview- Support Network Operations Department at Bouygues Telecom, specifically the Operations Projects & Methods (OPM) team.
- Apply DevOps expertise to transform OPM activities and streamline processes for operational teams in France and Morocco.
Key Responsibilities- CI/CD Infrastructure Management:
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for back-end and front-end development.
- Ensure availability, performance, and security of automation tools.
- Development and Automation:
- Develop automation scripts and tools using Python, Ansible, and NSO.
- Continuously improve deployment and automation processes.
- Network Knowledge:
- Strong expertise in IP networks, including protocols and architectures.
- Collaborate with IP engineering teams to meet deployment requirements.
- Vendor and Team Management:
- Oversee a team of 10 contractors working on automation tools.
- Manage workflows, ensure progress, and maintain quality deliverables.
- On-Call Operations:
- Occasionally perform out-of-hours operations as required.
Skills and Qualifications- Proficiency in Python, Ansible, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
- Strong knowledge of IP networks and network automation tools.
- Experience managing teams and projects effectively.
- Familiarity with AWX (AAP) is a plus.
Education and Experience- Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Networks, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in a similar role, ideally in IP networks and automation.
