We are seeking an experienced Interior Architect to design and manage interior spaces with a focus on functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability. The ideal candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, have strong design skills, and be able to manage projects from conceptual design through to execution.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and design interior layouts that meet both functional and aesthetic goals.
Develop detailed interior design concepts, including layouts, material selections, and finishes.
Create 2D and 3D drawings, renderings, and presentations using AutoCAD and Revit.
Produce technical drawings, construction documents, and specifications.
Coordinate with other architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity and project timelines.
Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
Assist with project management tasks, including budgeting, scheduling, and client communication.
Conduct site visits and inspections to verify design implementation.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in interior architecture or interior design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
Strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, and building systems.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials is a plus
