•Operate, monitor and prioritize all security systems in an efficient proactive/ reactive manner.
•Ensure all work is undertaken in compliance with the operating procedures and other codes of practice.
•Record all events and actions monitored from within the control room in a clear, legible and accurate manner.
•Provide an efficient and courteous radio and telephone answering service and deal efficiently with all enquiries.
•Perform antivirus update and notify users about new viruses.
•Schedule and perform local systems backup to ensure no data loss.
•Report to supervisors on any issues relating to the CCTV, or any other operating system, as they arise.
•Report any equipment failures immediately.
•Ensure to maintain a safe working environment at the work place
