•Check the fire alarm panel and report any defects to supervisor.
•Check the AHU’s set point and return temperature and report any abnormal conditions.
•Continuous and careful monitoring of BMS and CCTV cameras.
•Check the status of equipment in BMS and physically verify at the start of the shift.
•Check the level of holding tank. Connect and operate the dispensing pump during night shift.
•Check the holding tank (B2) level and the working of sump pump at the start of a shift.
•Report utility reading such as: water tank levels, fuel tank levels, energy meter reading, etc
•Manage properly room keys for the control room by issuing and recording receipts
•Required to be vigilant at all times. Ensure there are no unauthorized entries, suspicious people to be reported to security.
•In case of emergency report directly to Facility Manager.
•Follow the operating procedures as per the BMS, Fire Alarm and CCTV manuals.
•Operate the fountain pump from 7am to 7pm daily.
•Clean the dirty smoke detector with help of blower whenever fire panel indicates any smoke detection
