The Head of Research leads the research department, providing clients and internal teams with high-quality market insights, investment strategies, and actionable intelligence. This role involves overseeing the analysis of financial markets, ensuring a deep understanding of both fundamental and technical analysis, macroeconomic trends, and supporting sales efforts with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
• Research Leadership
o Stay abreast of global macroeconomic developments and assess their implications on markets.
o Monitor geopolitical events and fiscal/monetary policies to provide strategic insights.
• Market Analysis
o Conduct comprehensive fundamental analysis and economic indicators.
o Utilize technical analysis to identify market trends, support trading strategies, and forecast price movements.
o Evaluate market sentiment and anticipate potential price action using advanced tools.
• Team Management
o Lead a team of analysts, ensuring quality and timely delivery of reports.
o Train and mentor team members in research methodologies and market strategies.
• Sales and Client Support
o Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted research that aligns with client needs and enhances engagement.
o Assist the sales department by providing market insights, promotional content, and customized strategies for prospective clients.
• Content Development
o Create daily, weekly, and ad-hoc market reports tailored to both retail and institutional audiences.
o Deliver engaging presentations and webinars on market opportunities and investment strategies.
• Cross-Department Collaboration
o Support marketing campaigns with data-driven insights and educational content.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field;
• Certification is a plus.
• Extensive experience in financial markets, with a strong background in both fundamental and technical analysis.
• In-depth understanding of macroeconomic concepts and their impact on global markets.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience in a sales-driven environment and supporting client acquisition.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
