Job Purpose:
Is responsible for promoting MMO services and acquiring new clients
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Research for new clients to propose our logistics services
• Contact existing clients and schedule meetings with them to answer all their inquiries
• Visit regularly our existing clients and follow-up with them about the quality of the services offered
• Propose offers to new clients and show its added value
• Close deals and coordinate with Backoffice about the details to be applied
• Show the presentations on the company and present them to clients.
• Provide information and guidance when needed over the phone to clients
• Provide feedback to Commercial Director regarding the market activities taking place and competitors behavior
• Conduct studies about pricing, timeline and coverage benchmark
• Solve customers’ complaints and escalate when needed
• Submit sales reports on weekly basis
• Abide by policies and procedures regarding the commercial department
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in E-com and Q-com
• Approach and visit all specialized clients in order to increase the Specialized subscriptions
• Collaborate with other departments when needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
Education:
Bachelor Degree in Business or any related field
Experience:
0-5 years of relevant experience.
