CIS College is looking for Sr. Administrative Assistant – Business Office (Administrative Affairs) for Spears Branch

Position Overview

The Sr. Administrative Assistant in the Business Office provides essential support to the Vice President (VP) and Director of Administrative Affairs, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the department. This role involves assisting with administrative tasks, coordinating internal and external communications, and liaising with various departments of the CIS Group to facilitate administrative functions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support
• Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings for the VP and Director of Administrative Affairs.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems for the office.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Liaison Functions

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the Administrative Affairs Office and other CIS Group departments.
• Coordinate and follow up on administrative requests, approvals, and reports across the organization.
• Ensure timely communication and resolution of administrative matters with internal and external stakeholders.

Office Coordination

• Assist in planning and executing departmental initiatives, projects, and events.
• Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and services for the department.
• Support the preparation and submission of reports, ensuring compliance with deadlines and policies.
Problem-Solving and Process Improvement
• Proactively identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to administrative workflows.
• Assist in implementing policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance the department’s operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 7 years experience in administrative or executive assistant roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of people.
