Admin Operator

Overall Experience: A minimum of two to six years of work-related skill, knowledge, and/or experience is needed for these occupations.

Job Description:
• Assist the operations team by providing accurate and periodical reports.
• Monitor and check GPS systems to ensure vehicle and team tracking.
• Update and manage forms as required, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Collect, review, and act upon feedback and evaluations from various sources.
• Assist in general administrative roles to support the department’s needs.
• Regularly check logs and ensure they are completed accurately and on time.
• Handle and maintain timesheets, ensuring proper records are kept and updated.
• Ensure seamless communication between teams by coordinating schedules and reports.
• Support in maintaining an organized filing system for all administrative documentation.
Required Skills:
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with GPS tracking and reporting tools is an advantage.
