About Us:
Sleep Comfort is a leading furniture and mattress manufacturer in Lebanon, renowned for its high-quality products and excellent customer service. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Head of Furniture Department to oversee operations and provide support to the Sales Manager in driving growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Furniture Expertise: Leverage extensive knowledge of furniture design, manufacturing, and sales to oversee the department's operations.
Support to Sales Manager: Assist the Sales Manager in client interactions, preparing sales reports, and managing key accounts.
Team Coordination: Supervise the furniture team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and meet quality standards.
Customer Interaction: Collaborate with the sales team to address customer inquiries, suggest furniture solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with production, and ensure timely availability of furniture products.
Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to provide valuable input for sales and marketing strategies.
Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth operations of the department, including workflow optimization and adherence to company policies.
Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in the furniture industry, with knowledge of sales and production processes.
Strong understanding of furniture materials, designs, and market trends.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with the sales and production teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Fluent in Arabic and English (French is a plus).
