As an Indoor Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in-store and online, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate home appliance and home entertainment solutions. You will play a key role in driving sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and promoting our brand's values.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs.
Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and pricing, for home appliances and home entertainment systems.
Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Conduct product demonstrations and showcase new technology and features.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
Maintain a thorough understanding of current sales promotions, inventory levels, and upcoming product releases.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and events to increase store traffic.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and goals.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or the home appliances/home entertainment industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
