Role Overview:
We are seeking a Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflows, exceptional customer service, and efficient management of both retail and dining aspects of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Management:
- Hiring, training, scheduling, and handling payments for staff.
- Supplier Coordination:
- Managing supplier relationships, ordering products, maintaining steady supply chains, and ensuring timely stock replenishment.
- Inventory Management:
- Tracking product deliveries, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining accurate records of stock usage and sales.
- Store Operations:
- Supervising daily activities in the store, ensuring high-quality service in both the retail and dining sections, and creating a welcoming environment for customers.
- Customer Engagement:
- Assisting employees in selling products and ensuring an exceptional experience for every customer.
