CPaaS Product and Sales support engineer

We currently have an opening for the position of “Junior CPaaS Product and Sales support engineer”.

In a nutshell, our CPaaS platform includes Omnichannel Messaging and Voice which is targeted to the enterprise market so that they can reach their target audience using personalized campaigns on different communication channels and to engage with their customers on their preferred channel for support, sales, marketing or any other needs using AI Chatbots.

The job responsibilities include:
• Present demos to potential customers to showcase the platform functionalities and features
• Support existing customers with their inquiries
• Coordinate with sales about CR requests from customers
• Collect requirements from potential customers
• Build and customize simple and complex journeys for campaigns and chatbots based on the customer requirements
• Use APIs to connect to third party applications including CRM and ERP systems.
• Handle integrations with different databases
• Build custom reports based on the customer needs
• Coordinate with the platform support team for any level 2 or level 3 support
• Coordinate with the platform developers for any new features requests
• Test and validate new features

The job prerequisites are:
• Intermediate knowledge in HTML and JavaScript
• Intermediate programming proficiency
• Intermediate experience with databases
• Good experience in working with APIs
• Knowledge about CRMs
• Excellent proficiency in English

The office location is in Jdeideh. Some travel might be required as our customer base is worldwide.

Salary is based on experience
