About the Role:
The HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving HR operations within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. This role requires managing day-to-day HR functions while supporting cross-functional projects that align with strategic organizational goals. The HR Generalist will also act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, ensuring an exceptional workplace experience.
What you’ll be doing:
● Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits administration, payroll support, and compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
● Handle employee concerns, foster a positive work environment, and provide guidance aligned with company policies to ensure employee satisfaction and engagement.
● Assist in recruiting efforts by coordinating job postings, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and supporting the interview process.
● Coordinate performance review processes, support managers in implementing performance improvement plans, and identify employee development opportunities.
● Participate in and support HR projects, including employee engagement, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and training programs.
● Manage and optimize the use of HR systems and tools, driving automation and efficiency in HR processes.
● Assist in change management initiatives, such as organizational restructuring, process updates, or technology implementations.
● Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, utilizing HR systems to update data and ensure proper documentation, ensuring the privacy of employee information and sensitive data is always protected.
● Ensure the company adheres to labor laws and regulations by managing employee documentation, conducting audits, and preparing for compliance reviews.
● Assist in planning and implementing HR project activities that contribute to achieving both HR team and company-wide objectives.
About You:
● Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● 2+ years of experience in HR operations or related roles, ideally in a dynamic environment.
● Strong Communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
