Responsibilities:
•Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Align digital marketing efforts with the company’s overall marketing and sales goals, focusing on increasing online visibility and lead generation.
•Manage Online Campaigns: Plan, create, and execute digital campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok , LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
•SEO and SEM Optimization: Improve the company’s search engine rankings by optimizing web content and working with external consultants to implement advanced SEO strategies.
•Content Creation and Management: Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging, keyword-rich content for the company’s website, social media, and blog to drive traffic and engagement.
•Email Marketing: Design, execute, and track email marketing campaigns, analyzing performance and making data-driven adjustments to improve open rates and conversions.
•Sales and Marketing Collaterals: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create high-quality collaterals, including brochures, presentations, pitch decks , induction PowerPoint, company’s portfolio, quotation formats, case studies, and other materials that support sales initiatives and enhance brand messaging.
•Analyze Marketing Data: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital campaigns using different tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, …. , and provide actionable reports to senior management.
•Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and customer needs.
•Budget Management: Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high returns on investment (ROI).
•Innovate and Improve: Stay current on industry trends and new marketing technologies to continuously improve the company's digital marketing strategies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- A master's degree is a plus.
