Responsibilities:
Manage and grow affiliate marketing programs with a focus on performance and results.
Collaborate with influencers and content creators on TikTok and live-streaming platforms like Bigo Live to drive engagement and conversions.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data insights.
Stay ahead of social media trends, platform algorithms, and emerging opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with content creators, brands, and other stakeholders.
Onboard and manage affiliates, influencers, and live-stream hosts.
Develop creative strategies to maximize affiliate growth and engagement.
Requirements:
Professional Skills and Experience
Affiliate Marketing Knowledge: Proven experience in affiliate programs, performance marketing, or influencer partnerships.
Content Creation: Strong understanding of social media content, trends, and algorithms, particularly TikTok and Bigo Live.
Sales and Negotiation: Excellent skills in onboarding, managing, and negotiating with influencers or creators.
Analytics and Reporting: Ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies for better results.
Networking: Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with creators and brands.
