We are looking for a dairy production manager for our plant in Bekaa to handle the following responsibilities:
• Manage the daily production of the dairy plant.
• Develop policies and procedures for the production floor.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are met along with QC and QMS.
• Coach and motivate employees
• Track development milestones to meet set deadlines
• Identify and address key concerns that may alter or impact productivity.
• Provide status reports to plant manager
• Resolve any issues; coordinate with the maintenance dept when necessary

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, business management, or related field is preferred.
• 5 years proven experience working as a production Manager.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Sound knowledge of ERP software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of engineering, technology, production, lean tools, ISO standards
• Dairy experience is a major plus
• Proven track record for managing personnel and material resources
• Natural Multitasker and ability to work in high-pressure situation
