Quality Health and safety Engineer

We are seeking a QHSE Officer to ensure the effective implementation of our QHSE Yearly Plans, a key component of MMG's Integrated Management System (IMS). This role covers the Quality Management System (QMS), Health & Safety Management System (HSMS), and Environmental Management System (EMS).

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement Quality Monitoring Control Plan, address customer complaints, and ensure continuous improvement.
• Manage HSE audits, risk assessments, customer complaints, and implement improvement measures.
• Generate analytical reports with statistical charts for QMS, HSMS, and EMS activities.
• Focus on continuous improvement of QMS, HSMS, and EMS throughout the year.
• Prepare and deliver relevant QHSE training sessions to employees, ensuring alignment with standards and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields (1-4 years of experience).
• MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
