A reputable company in the F&B industry is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Antelias. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting, strong expertise in taxation and reporting, and a proven ability to handle financial operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
-Prepare and submit direct and indirect tax reports, including VAT, non-resident tax, salaries, corporate tax, and other regulatory requirements.
-Maintain and monitor inventory records to ensure accuracy and control.
-Implement and oversee costing and cost control measures to optimize financial performance.
-Develop and manage cash flow forecasts, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations.
-Prepare accurate financial reports and analyses for management on a monthly and ad-hoc basis.
-Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and reporting standards.
-Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and controls.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-Minimum of 3+ years of experience in accounting roles, preferably in the F&B sector.
-Proficient in accounting software; knowledge of PIMS is highly preferred.
-Strong understanding of Lebanese taxation laws and reporting requirements.
-Excellent knowledge of costing, cost control, and inventory management principles.
-Ability to prepare cash flow forecasts and manage liquidity effectively.
-Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
-Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
-Strong organizational and communication skills
