Job Overview
As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the full lifecycle of app and website development projects. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Your technical expertise and leadership skills will be crucial in driving the success of our projects and delivering high-quality products to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Management:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Allocate resources and manage project team members.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Lead and motivate a team of developers, designers, and QA
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Conduct regular project meetings to track progress and address any issues.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Provide regular updates on project status and address client concerns.
- Ensure that client requirements and expectations are met.
- Ensure that deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of project outputs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within a software engineering environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proven track record of managing successful app and website development projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
- Knowledge of programming languages and frameworks is a plus.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
