Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our accounting team. The ideal candidate will assist with various accounting tasks, including maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate financial data.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
• Prepare and assist in the preparation of financial reports.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Support the senior accounting team with various accounting tasks and projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Respond to internal and external accounting inquiries.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in an accounting role is preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
