Hiring an Operations Manager for a chain of restaurants in Burkina Faso – Africa.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Proven experience (7+ years) in a management role within the restaurant or hospitality At least 5-7 years of experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role overseeing multiple restaurant locations.
• Fluency in French is mandatory
• Experience in both front-of-house and knowledge in back-of-house operations.
• Strong background in budgeting, controlling food, labor, and operational costs, and improving overall profitability for each restaurant location.
• Proficiency in analyzing P&L statements and using financial data to drive business decisions.
• Experience with pricing strategies, inventory management, and supplier negotiations.
• In-depth understanding of restaurant operations, including customer service, staff management, inventory management, ordering, and logistics.
• Ability to oversee and ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Strong commitment to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.:
• Proficient in using restaurant management software, POS systems, inventory management systems, and financial reporting tools.
