Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Jadra. The ideal candidate will assist customers, resolve inquiries, and ensure a smooth customer experience. Responsibilities include assisting customers via phone, following up with drivers and distributors, and addressing any related concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
•Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, emails).
•Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
•Preferably residing in or near Jadra.
•Prior experience in customer service is a plus
