Digital & Performance Marketing Specialist

The Digital & Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns to drive business growth. The primary focus is on achieving measurable results, such as increased traffic, leads, and conversions, while optimizing marketing spend.
Key Responsibilities:
A- Campaign Strategy and Planning:
Set clear marketing & business objectives for the company and related accounts, Set clear KPIs per market/account/client depending on objectives, Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies, Conduct market research and competitor analysis, Conduct audits on past experience, both organic and paid, Identify target audiences and create customer personas, Identify new markets through past learnt experience, best practices, research, and testing

B- Campaign Execution and Management:
Manage and execute digital marketing content and campaigns across various channels (e.g., search engines, social media, display advertising, email marketing, newsletters, blog posting, LinkedIn calendars, etc.…), Optimize campaigns in real-time based on performance metrics and KPIs, Coordinate with creative and content teams to produce high-quality ad creatives and copy, as well as compelling content calendars, Conduct A/B testing on various elements of campaigns (e.g., ad copy, creatives, landing pages) to determine the most effective strategies, Implement data-driven optimizations to enhance campaign performance.

C- Performance Analysis and Reporting:
o Monitor and analyze KPIs.
o Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ads Manager, others) to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
o Prepare and present detailed performance reports internally as well as to clients on weekly and monthly bases.
D- Social Media Advertising:
Create and manage paid social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, X, YouTube, and TikTok, Develop and implement retargeting strategies to engage users who have previously interacted with the brand, Daily monitoring and optimizing of the all ads sets and create the optimum reach while targeting the right and qualified audiences

E- Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
Manage PPC campaigns on platforms, Conduct keyword research and bid management to maximize ad performance, Optimize landing pages for higher quality scores and better conversion rates.

F- Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Work on improving organic search rankings through on-page and off-page SEO techniques, Conduct site audits and optimize website content for search engine and performance on a regular basis, Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are followed, Aiming to rank 1st on google search for the company and related clients/accounts.

G- Budget Management:
Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI and ROAS for all accounts under management, Track spending across different campaigns and adjust as necessary to stay within budget.

H- Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Utilize and track CRM tools to segment audiences and personalize marketing efforts, Develop email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions, Develop communications flow to nurture users, leads, and clients.

I- Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, product development, customer service) to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives, Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve strategies, Share the latest marketing and industry trends with team members, Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and clients’ meetings, Coordinate closely with the line manager on strategies, reports, and learnings.

J- Website and ecommerce management:
Ensure that the (sales) funnel created is seamless and optimized, Drive traffic to the website and ensure the website is operational and fully optimized, Ongoing testing of user experience and optimization of the website, Ensure all necessary updates are done on the website.

K- Influencer Marketing
Collaborate on influencer marketing campaigns or activations (ideation, research, metrics, coordination, KPIs…)

L- Continuous Learning and Development:
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, Attend workshops, webinars, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
