Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and manage the IT infrastructure, systems, and applications
at our aluminium fabrication company. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing Odoo ERP,
cybersecurity, and general IT management in a manufacturing environment. This role is essential for ensuring
the integrity and security of our data and technology systems, supporting business operations, and enhancing
operational efficiency through technology solutions.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant
certifications (e.g., CompTIA SecuritY+, CISSP, Odoo certification) are a plus.
• Experience:
o At least 5 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on Odoo ERP, cybersecurity, and
network infrastructure.
o Previous experience working in the manufacturing or fabrication industry is an advantage.
• Skills & Expertise:
o Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Odoo ERP, including implementation,
customization, and troubleshooting.
o In-depth understanding of cybersecurity best practices, risk management, and data protection
techniques.
o Proficiency in network management, including firewalls, routers, and switches.
o Familiarity with industry-standard IT tools, server management, cloud solutions, and backup
systems.
o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both technical
and non-technical teams.
o Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
