As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
Assist guests in making menu choices, answering questions, and taking orders accurately and efficiently.
Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
Present and serve food and beverages in an appealing and timely manner.

Order Management:
Accurately record guest orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure orders are prepared and served correctly.
Monitor the progress of orders and inform guests of any delays.

Table Maintenance:
Set up and arrange tables to accommodate guests, ensuring cleanliness and proper tableware.
Clear and reset tables promptly, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant.

Billing and Payments:
Present bills to guests and handle payment transactions accurately.
Handle cash and credit card payments following established procedures.
Provide guests with receipts and thank them for their patronage.

Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient and coordinated service.
Communicate guest feedback, special requests, and any issues to the restaurant management team.
