Seeking an HR manager in charge of guiding and managing the overall provision of human resources services, policies and programs throughout the organization. Responsibilities include recruitment, management of human capital, development of HR strategies and procedures, compensation and benefits, training and development, handling employee relations, benefits program, performance appraisal and management. The candidate should be able to develop and implement HR plans and strategies associated with the overall business strategy of the company.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is a must.
• Proven working experience as an HR Manager for a minimum of 5 years.
• People-oriented and results-driven.
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• In-depth knowledge of Lebanese labor law and HR best practices.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
• Travel Flexibility
• Ability to lead a team
