Project Manager (Part-Time to Full-Time)

We’re a award winning global digital marketing agency with headquarters in Canada and a growing presence in the Middle East. Our clients include luxury hotels, hospitality brands, and businesses in various industries. With a team spread across Canada, Lebanon, Argentina, and Dubai, we’re seeking a part-time Project Manager to bring clarity and efficiency to our operations.

This role offers the flexibility to grow into a full-time position as we continue to expand our client base in 2025. You’ll work with talented designers, writers, and account managers while ensuring that projects are delivered on time and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee digital marketing projects, ensuring smooth workflows from start to finish.
• Assign tasks, monitor deadlines, and track progress using project management tools (e.g., Trello, Assana).
• Collaborate with account managers to translate client feedback into actionable tasks for the team.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations before submission.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
• Regularly communicate project updates to the CEO and team, ensuring alignment on priorities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management (marketing or creative agency experience preferred).
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Trello, ClickUp, or Monday.com.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to manage both internal teams and cross-functional workflows.
• Proven ability to work with remote teams across different time zones.
