Role Overview:

We are expanding our reach in the restaurant and hospitality sector and seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Restaurant Partnership Specialist. This role is pivotal for identifying and onboarding new restaurant partners to help us grow on the restaurant side. The position involves a significant amount of cold calling and outreach to find and secure new restaurant partnerships.


The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and partnerships, preferably within the restaurant, hospitality, food, and beverage sectors.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales and Relationship Building:

  • Develop and execute strategies to onboard new restaurants, focusing on building strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Proactively cold call and reach out to potential restaurant partners, leveraging existing networks and exploring new opportunities.
  • Conduct presentations and product demos to prospective restaurant partners, effectively communicating the value of partnering with Club Feast.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure restaurant partnerships.

Restaurant Onboarding:

  • Guide new restaurant partners through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
  • Provide training and support to restaurant partners, helping them understand and utilize our platform effectively.
  • Collaborate with restaurant partners to tailor our services to their specific needs and capabilities.

Account Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for restaurant partners, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with restaurant partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Address any issues or concerns promptly, maintaining strong communication with all partners.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication skills (C1-C2 level English), both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in sales and partnerships, with a strong focus on cold calling and prospecting for new clients.
  • Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, food, or beverage sectors is preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with a personable and outgoing demeanor.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is highly desirable.
  • Highly organized, with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and initiative.
  • Familiarity with using HubSpot and other sales tools is a plus.
  • Educational Background: Must have IB, A-Levels, or SAT.
