Role Description
This is a remote role for a Human Resources Manager at YMY Agency. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and policy implementation. They will collaborate with leadership to create and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management skills
- Training and Development expertise
- Policy implementation and HR strategy formulation experience
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work remotely and independently
- Experience in the education industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
